In an ever-changing world, it’s impossible to predict the future. This is why lets-cover have developed a Rent Guarantee Insurance policy that can relieve the daily worries of being a landlord.

This policy is only available to landlords who have chosen our Buildings Insurance. The insurance cover summarised below is provided by Inter Partner Assistance, and administered on their behalf by Arc Legal Assistance Ltd.

What’s Covered?

• Monthly rent paid if tenant / guarantor fails to pay, up to:
  • £2500 per month
  • £15,000 per claim or for six months whichever equals the lesser amount
  • the insured legally regaining possession of the property, and
  • the end of the tenancy agreement
• Excess equal to one months rent
• Full legal protection included up to £50,000
